Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1

Welcome to Nationwide Rescue. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services we provide, including vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, mobile tyre fitting, and any related services.

1.2

By requesting or using our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you should not proceed with your booking.

1.2

Our Service Network

By requesting or using our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you should not proceed with your booking.

2. Our Role

2.1

Nationwide Rescue acts as a booking and referral service, introducing customers to independent recovery companies and mobile tyre fitting specialists operating throughout the United Kingdom.

2.2

Customers can request assistance by telephone or via our website. We will source a suitable provider from our network based on availability, location, and pricing.

2.3

To secure a booking and allocate a service provider, a deposit must be paid before work can begin.

3. Deposits

3.1

A deposit is required to confirm your booking and reserve the attendance of a recovery operator or roadside technician.

3.2

Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable if the customer cancels the booking, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This applies whether the cancellation is voluntary or caused by circumstances beyond our control.

3.3

If you decide not to proceed after paying your deposit, the deposit will be retained and no refund will be issued.

3.4

If the allocated service provider is unable to complete the agreed service after your booking has been confirmed, Nationwide Rescue may, at its absolute discretion, offer a partial refund. Refunds are considered individually and are not guaranteed.

4. Booking Information

4.1

Once your deposit has cleared, we will provide you with the contact details of the assigned recovery operator or roadside technician.

4.2

After these details have been issued, any communication relating to arrival times, updates, or additional requests should be made directly with the assigned provider.

Nationwide Rescue cannot accept responsibility for disagreements or disputes that arise between customers and independent service providers after the booking has been arranged.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1

Customers must ensure that all information supplied about the vehicle is accurate and complete.

This includes advising us of any faults, accident damage, whether the vehicle rolls freely, steering issues, or any other relevant condition that could affect recovery.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges, delays, or cancellation of the booking without any refund of the deposit.

5.2

The independent recovery operator is responsible for carrying out the service requested.

Nationwide Rescue is not responsible for the quality, performance, actions, delays, or workmanship of third-party service providers.

Any complaints regarding completed work should be addressed directly to the provider who attended.

6. Pricing and Payments

6.1

Payments must be made using one of our approved payment methods, including debit card, credit card, bank transfer, or any other authorised payment option.

6.2

Where the deposit exceeds £150, payment by bank transfer is recommended wherever possible.

6.3

Chargeback Policy

We maintain detailed records of all bookings, communications, and payments.

Where a customer raises an unjustified or fraudulent chargeback, we reserve the right to challenge the claim and provide all relevant evidence to the payment provider.

6.4

Busy Period Pricing

Prices may increase during periods of high demand, particularly during evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and after 6:00 p.m.

These price adjustments reflect increased operating costs and reduced availability of recovery operators, allowing us to continue providing nationwide assistance.

7. Liability

7.1

Nationwide Rescue accepts no liability for losses, delays, vehicle damage, additional expenses, or other issues arising from services carried out by independent recovery operators or roadside assistance providers.

7.2

Customers remain responsible for ensuring their vehicle is safe and suitable for recovery.

Neither Nationwide Rescue nor any appointed service provider will be liable for existing damage, mechanical defects, or faults present before attendance.

8. Resolving Disputes

8.1

Should a disagreement arise, customers agree to contact Nationwide Rescue first to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue fairly.

8.2

Where an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be dealt with under the laws of England and Wales and, where appropriate, resolved through binding arbitration unless legal proceedings are required by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

9.1

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any significant amendments will be published on our website or communicated using another suitable method.

Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
